<b><center>WARRANTY  & RETURN POLICY</center></b>

All NEW Equipment we sell is Warranted by the Original Equipment Manufacturer for a period ranging from 90 Days up to THREE years, depending upon the manufactuer. Accessories such as Headsets, Power Supplies and Foot Pedals are Warranted for 90 Days.

All of the Re-Furbished Products we sell are Refurbished and Warranted by Transcribe Solutions for a period of 6 Months.

Transcribe Solutions Guarantees all of our Re-Conditioned, Re-Furbished Transcribers for a period of 6 MONTHS. If anything goes wrong with the equipment within the FIRST 6 MONTHS after you purchase it, the component will be repaired or replaced, at our Sole discretion, FREE OF CHARGE. The only exception to this is; DAMAGE DUE TO ACCIDENTS, OBVIOUS ABUSE, MIS-USE, VANDALISM, BURGLARY, INCORRECT HOOK-UP, OR ACTS OF GOD. You only pay for shipping the system to us. We will ship it back to you FREE OF CHARGE!

You MUST obtain an RMA from us PRIOR to shipping the item back.
If product proves to be DEFECTIVE, refund of purchase price, or exchange will be made within thirty (30) days of receiving the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to make sure the product is suitable for the purposes intended before ordering.

If an item is ordered in error, or if you simply change your mind after ordering, you may return it for a refund IF you Notify us within seven (7) days of receiving the Item AND request an RMA. Shipping charges are not refundable. There will be a 20% restocking charge on items returned.

SPECIAL ORDER items and Consumables may NOT be returned for a refund. Software that has been opened may NOT be returned for a refund. Systems are Special Order items and may not be returned unless defective. The item must be returned in the original box with all accessories, cables, manuals, paperwork, packaging, etc., and in the same condition as received.

If you CANCEL your order before the item ships, there will be no restocking charge.

You must obtain an RMA from us PRIOR to shipping the item back. Failure to do so may result in the item not being accepted for a refund.

A 20% restocking Fee will be charged for ALL returns EXCEPT a defective machine!
