Thank you! As a pathologist in a small private path lab, I have used the Lanier Dictation Machine for many years and have come to rely on it greatly. It is wonderful to find a company that really stands behind its product. I love that we called and spoke with you personally (needed tech support, which you gave us and which immediately solved our problem) and that we were NOT calling some other company which connects you with someone in another country(because they have outsourced jobs). I tried the Lanier and, besides looking like new, it worked PERFECTLY. Moreover, the power cord that you included was something for which I had searched without luck for a number of years. You kindly included it in the package and never charged me a dime for the item.
