The Lanier LX-057 Omni Desk/Conference Microphone is designed to be used with any Lanier Standard Cassette or Micro Cassette Dictation Machine. It can be used "Hands Free" when the Lanier NT-014-3 or NT-018-3 Foot Pedal is used with it. Very popular with Radiologists or in Pathology Departments. It can also be operated by the buttons on front of the microphone. This is a "Pre-owned" item but looks and works like new!
Gooseneck Mic GN-1 may be used with this unit for Pathology or Radiology Departments.
