The Lanier LX-057 Desk/Conference Microphone is designed to be used with any Lanier Standard Cassette or Micro Cassette Dictation Machine. It can be used "Hands Free" when the Lanier LX-014 or LX-018 Foot Pedal is used with it. Very popular with Radiologists or in Pathology Departments. It can also be operated by the buttons on front of the microphone.

Gooseneck Mic GN-1 may be used with this unit for Pathology or Radiology Departments.
